Terms of Service

Carrier: All orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Where we ship: We ship within the United States only, to any address USPS can deliver to, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost: Shipping is included in our prices. Every order ships free via USPS Ground Advantage. If you would like a faster service, such as USPS Priority Mail, the added cost is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, size, and destination, and the total is shown before you pay. Upgrade charges are not refundable once your order has shipped, except when we make an error or your item arrives damaged.

Processing time: Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During busy periods or new product releases, processing may take a little longer, and we will let you know.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. USPS controls transit time, and delays can happen because of weather, holidays, high volume, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays once your package is in USPS's hands.

Packaging: We pack every order with care to protect kits, models, and supplies in transit. Bundle orders ship together in one package whenever possible. If an order must ship in more than one package, you will receive tracking for each.

Tracking: We email you a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after the label is created.

Order changes and cancellations: To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order ships.

Out-of-stock items: If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and offer a full refund for that item or a suitable replacement. We will not ship anything you have not agreed to.

Address errors: You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided. If a package is returned to us because of an address error or because it was not picked up, you will need to pay to have it reshipped.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, check with household members and neighbors and allow 24 hours for USPS to update. If it still has not turned up, or if your order has not arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, contact us and we will work with USPS to resolve it.

Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. If the item was damaged in shipping, we will cover the cost of the replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
