Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened models and unused supplies. The customer pays return shipping. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. If an item was damaged in shipping, we cover the return shipping and make it right.
For Beginners
Pick a beginner-friendly kit, and add basic supplies like hobby glue, a hobby knife, and sandpaper. Email Will if you'd like help choosing.
It depends on the kit. Check the product description, and if it isn't listed, ask Will before ordering.
Most builders want a hobby knife, side cutters, glue, sanding sticks, and paint. Each kit's description lists what's required.
