Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what's on your workbench. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to send it back.

What can be returned

  • Models and kits that are unopened, with factory seals and original packaging intact.
  • Supplies (paints, glues, tools, brushes) that are unused and in their original packaging.

What can't be returned

  • Opened or built kits.
  • Used or opened paints, adhesives, and other supplies.
  • Items damaged after delivery.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at Willsmodelssupplies@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to ship to.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless your order arrived damaged (see below), in which case we cover it.

Damaged in shipping, defective, or wrong item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund in full, including shipping, and we'll pay for the return, too.
